September Challenge Special Guest Designer Trina P.

I'm absolutely delighted to welcome a special guest designer to the challenge today - Trina P.

Trina has used Life's Ups And Downs and because she loved the images so much has created not one, but two amazing cards.

Trina's colouring and ink blending is just perfection!

How much fun are the critters having in both her scenes! I know you must be feeling just as awestruck and inspired by her cards as I am.

So with that in mind I meekly share a card I've created using the beautiful colours from the Challenge palette.

I started my card by cutting the tree in four colours using the Tree of Love Cover Plate. I then placed the negative cuts back into the base tree.

I too am smitten by the cute critters from Life's Ups & Downs and chose the elephant all wrapped up in his snuggly scarf - I added in the woolly hat too, just to be sure that he kept cosy.

And what would a tree be without some birds? They're from Brighter Days and I've yet to see a colour that doesn't suit them.

Have you joined in with the September Autumn Colours Challenge yet?
Remember there's the chance to win a £25 spend in the T4TD shop!

Thanks for looking today.

Stay safe and keep crafting!

September Challenge - Autumn Colours

 Hello everyone!

It's time for the September challenge at Time For Tea Designs!

Thank you to everyone who joined in with the August Challenge. The winners will be announced on 15th September.

This will be the last T4TD challenge for 2021. We are going to take a break from challenges as we explore other ways for you to win T4TD goodies. So for this challenge and the previous August challenge there will be just the one randomly drawn winner for a £25 spend in the T4TD shop.

Keep your eyes open for news about October's chance to win in the facebook friends group and be sure to follow T4TD on Instagram.

Autumn gives us such a beautiful colour palette to play with and we'd love you to use it on your cards this month.

Just remember to include a T4TD product as your focal point.

We're delighted to welcome July's DT pick JordyC as a guest for this new challenge.

JordyC has used lots of T4TD goodies on her amazing 3D scene. the images are from the Happy Mail Critters, Bears Picnic and Moovellous stamp sets (plus Lucky Ducks for the friend part of the sentiment) and she has used the Dienamic Display Card Dies to create the 3D element.

And of course I've joined in with a card too.

I started by creating the background using the Hillside Village stamp set and coloured it up using autumnal shades. The grass was cut using the Landscape Edge die.

Next I cut a frame using the Smile Inverted Scallop Frame die and then I moved on to the characters. The fox, mouse and pile of leaves are from Woodland Critters and the wheelbarrow is from Blooming Bunnies.

The greeting is from Be Kind Be You and I thought it was appropriate to my little scene as they are obviously making preparations for that long winter nap.

So now I'm saying for the last time for a while - it's over to you! Please link up your entries below.

Enjoy!

August Challenge - Guest Designer Hannelie

I'm absolutely delighted to welcome a special guest designer to the challenge today - Hannelie.

Hannelie has used the new Birthday Bear stamp set and created the most wonderfully crisp and clean card using the colours and patterns from the mood board.

Isn't that just amazing?

I've also got another card to share today.

I used one of the super cute Bee Happy bees and a couple of papers from the Sweet Summer pad.

The white card is the left over piece from the Smile Inverted Scallop Frame die and the heart is cut from the Slimline Postage Stamp Frame die.

Have you joined in with the August Mood Board Challenge yet?
Remember there are two chances to win!

Thanks for looking today.

August Challenge - Mood Board

  Hello everyone!

It's time for the August challenge at Time For Tea Designs!

Thank you to everyone who joined in with the July Challenge. The winners will be announced on 15th August.

We've a wonderful Summer mood board to inspire you this month. It may be the colours, the patterns, the textures, the images or just the whole summer vibe that talks to you. We're so looking forward to finding out!

Just remember to include a T4TD product as your focal point.

We're delighted to welcome June's DT pick Krealotte as a guest for this new challenge.

Krealotte is an amazing colourist and has created the most gorgeous scene for the Lucky Ducks to play in.

Even her gingham card mat reflects the mood board!

Thank you so much Krealotte for agreeing to guest with the T4TD August Challenge.

And of course I've joined in with a card too.

It was the colours that reached out to me first and especially the grass. So I started by using some of the Brighter Days papers and the Landscape Edges and Inverted Scallop Frame dies.

I created a summer sky using the Slimline Scene Builder stencil and then added in the main images from Bears Picnic and some smaller elements and a sentiment from Blooming Bunnies.

I really hope the ant doesn't steal too much of the picnic!

So now it's over to you. Check out our How to Play page as a reminder of how to play along. And here's a little reminder about the prizes.

We're so looking forward to seeing you link your entries below.

Enjoy!

#8 Krealotte

Congratulations Krealotte!

Please grab our winners badge from the side bar to display on your blog and contact Jane to arrange your guest spot - jane.taylor52@btinternet.com

Don't forget there's still plenty of time to play along with our current July challenge - Anything Goes.

Here's a little more inspiration from me to help you on your way with ideas.

I used the adorable Skating By Penguins stamps and matching dies as the main images on my scene. I also added in some trees from Hillside Village and clouds from Paper Plane Pals.

T4TD do have a die to help create a 3D scene like this, but at the time I didn't have it. I do now and believe me it's sooo much easier to make this sort of card using the die! Find it HERE. And get 10% off any purchase using the code T4TJANE10.

Well I hope that has got your creativity flowing and you're ready to play along.

The key things to remember are that you should use T4TD stamps, stencils or dies as the main focus of your card.

I'm so looking forward to seeing your entries!

Enjoy!

July Challenge - Anything Goes

 Hello everyone!

It's time for the July challenge at Time For Tea Designs!

Thank you to everyone who joined in with the June Challenge. The winners will be announced on 15th July.

It's a super easy theme for July - Anything Goes.

Just remember to include a T4TD product as your focal point.

We're delighted to welcome May's DT pick Andrea Mocigemba as a guest for this new challenge. You are so going to love her interactive card!

Andrea has used the cute little squirrel from the Happy New Year Critters stamp set and the little bird from Moovellous.

Look what happens when the tab is pulled up......

.....isn't that just wonderful?

Andrea says her card was inspired by Sandy Allnock.

Thanks you so much Andrea for agreeing to guest with the T4TD July Challenge.

And of course I've joined in with a card too.

I've put my new Stackable Blending Brushes to good use creating a background of pretty clouds using the Slimline Scene Builder stencil.

I framed my card with the Smile Inverted Scallop die and added the rabbit and aeroplane from Paper Plane Pals zooming up into the sky.

The sentiments are also from the Paper Plane Pals set.

I'm hoping you're now raring to go!

Just check out our How to Play page as a reminder of how to play along. And here's a little reminder about the prizes.

As long as your project features Time For Tea Designs products then you can enter the Challenge.

I'm so looking forward to seeing you link your entries below.

Enjoy!
